Kuwaiti FM lands in Islamabad on official visit FM at Dar’s invitation

ISLAMABAD: Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah arrived in Islamabad on Tuesday on an official visit at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a post on X.

“Upon arrival at Islamabad International Airport, the dignitary was received by Additional Secretary (Middle East) Zahid Hussain,” the ministry said.

“During the visit, the two sides will hold talks covering the full spectrum of bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest,” it said. 

The ministry said that the visit reflected the longstanding relations between Pakistan and Kuwait, anchored in shared history, mutual trust and close cooperation.
